Look no further than the produce section of your grocery store!
Chill a pitcher of water. Gently crush about a dozen mint leaves and add to the water. [Simply give the leaves a good crush in the palm of your hands. Don't destroy them, just crush them enough to release some of their essential oils.]
Chill the pitcher in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Place ice cubes in a glass, and cover with water.
For extra flavor, place a mint leave in the center of each ice cube section before adding water and freezing!
This is absolutely heavenly!!!
