Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Makes 1-dozen cookies.
Ingredients:
1-cup all natural peanut butter [sugar free]
1-cup Splenda
1-egg
1-tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation:
Mix ingredients well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with fork tines that have been dipped into Splenda.
Bake at 350-degrees farenheit until golden brown [about 15 minutes].
